American Heart Month Series: Love and Kindness


Finally, in this month celebrating matters of the heart, take time to practice being kind for Random Acts of Kindness Week and beyond. Observed during the second full week of February, this week is dedicated to promoting the idea of committing one random act of kindness each day during the week. It can be as simple as smiling at a stranger, helping a elderly neighbor, or sharing a hug and an “I love you” with someone special. You’ll be surprised how good you feel and how much kindness you will spread when others follow your example.
