Healthy Living Recipe Pumpkin Spice Apple Dip

Total prep and set time is 1-3 hours

 

INGREDIENTS:
2 TBSP ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground all spice
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp mace
1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 cup pumpkin, pureed
1 TBSP natural raw almond butter
1 TBSP flax seed, ground

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine spices in small bowl.
2. In medium mixing bowl, use hand mixer to fold together all ingredients.
3. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
4. Optional: garnish with diced walnuts or almond slivers.
5. Enjoy with apple or pear slices!

Nutrients:
1 serving = ½ cup = 4.25 points
¼ serving dairy; ½ serving veggie; ½ serving nut
